Ingredients
 

  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Onion Paste
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Paper Powder
  • 2 cloves Cloves
  • 2 Cardamom
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 large Tomato size
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi Powder
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil or oil or oil
  • leaves Garnishing or coriander coriander for
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a pan and cook half fry the eggs one by one .
  • Now add remaining oil in same pan and pop the cumin then saute the ginger.garlic paste .
  • Now fry the onion paste till it done golden brown .
  • Add dry spices stir two minutes ,put the sliced tomato..

  • Now add puree,sugar,fenugreek powder and 1 glass of water then cook the gravy for 5 minutes ,put the eggs carefully . cook for 5 minute more.turn off the gas.
  • Add garam masala ,garnish with coriander and serve hot with paratha or chapati.
