  • 6 eggs
  • Onion paste 2 tbsp
  • 2 Tsp Ginger,Garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black paper powder 1/2 tsp
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 Green cardamom
  • 1 Stick cinnamon
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • 1 Large size tomato
  • Tomato puree 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • kasoori methi powder 1 tsp
  • Oil or olive oil 4 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
How to cook?
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and cook half fry the eggs one by one .
  2. Now add remaining oil in same pan and pop the cumin then saute the ginger.garlic paste .
  3. Now fry the onion paste till it done golden brown .
  4. Add dry spices stir two minutes ,put the sliced tomato..
  5. Half Fry Egg Curry
  6. Now add puree,sugar,fenugreek powder and 1 glass of water then cook the gravy for 5 minutes ,put the eggs carefully . cook for 5 minute more.turn off the gas.
  7. Add garam masala ,garnish with coriander and serve hot with paratha or chapati.
