Ingredients
  

  • 6 no egg
  • 2 tbsp onion paste
  • 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black paper powder
  • 2 no clove
  • 2 no green cardamom
  • cinemon a stick
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 large size sliced tomato
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • sugar 1/2 tsp
  • kasoori methi powder 1 tsp
  • oil or olive oil 2 tbsp
  • coriander leaves for garnishing
  • garam masala 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a pan and cook half fry the eggs one by one, Now in remaining oil pop the cumin then saute the ginger.garlic paste, Now fry the onion paste till it done golden brown.
  • Add dry spices stir two minutes ,put the sliced tomato. Now add puree, sugar, kasoori methi powder and 1 glass of water then cook the gravy for 5 minutes ,put the eggs carefully .cook for 5 minute more. turn off the gas.
  • Add garam masala, garnish with coriander and serve hot with paratha or chapati.
