Ingredients
- 250 gm mashed potato (boiled)
- 2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder (half dust)
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder (roasted half dust)
- 2 tsp Chilli Powder (roasted half dust)
- 2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
- tsp asafoetida (dust half)
- Ata As Required (ata as required)
- Oil (as required)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Mashed potatoes with all half dust masala along with asafoetida salt oil
- Now add ata as you need. But don't add water
- Spread the Doug see the edges will crack that is the original beauty.
- Serve with chutney and curd. When you eat you will feel the masala bites. Paratha also soft due to potatoes.
