  • 250 gm mashed potato boiled
  • 2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder half dust
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder roasted half dust
  • 2 tsp Chilli Powder roasted half dust
  • 2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • tsp asafoetida dust half
  • Ata As Required ata as required
  • Oil as required
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste


  • Mashed potatoes with all half dust masala along with asafoetida salt oil
  • Now add ata as you need. But don't add water
  • Spread the Doug see the edges will crack that is the original beauty.
  • Serve with chutney and curd. When you eat you will feel the masala bites. Paratha also soft due to potatoes.
