This is different type. Masala should be half dust less Ata. So difficult to spread edges become crack. We can set the shape with sharp bowl but no need that is the original beauty.

Ingredients
  

  • Boiled mashed potatoes 250 gms
  • Roasted cumin powder half dust 2 tsp
  • Roasted coriander powder half dust 2 tsp
  • Roasted chilli powder half dust 2 tsp
  • Mango powder 2 tsp
  • Asfoetida dust half tsp
  • Ata as required
  • Oil as required
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mashed potatoes with all half dust masala along with asafoetida salt oil
  • Now add ata as you need. But don't add water
  • Spread the Doug see the edges will crack that is the original beauty.
  • Serve with chutney and curd. When you eat you will feel the masala bites. Paratha also soft due to potatoes.
