This is a very easy snack that we make on Ekadashi. We love it so much that we have it as snack, very often.

Ingredients
  

  • Sauri/Varai/Gyarsi atta 1 cup
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder to season

Instructions
 

  • Grate the boiled potatoes. Add the ekadashi atta and seasonings. Make round balls and flatten. Shallow fry on tawa. Serve hot.
