How can I forget dessert on special day for my Mom? Never forget to make kulfi for her. She loves Kulfi so much. This Gulkand Paan Masala Kulfi is my twisted recipe of kulfi. When my Mom tasted it she liked it very much. This recipe is also dedicated to my Mom and my Mother- in- law also. She likes desserts too much.
Yield / Serves
Full fat milk - 500ml
Condensed milk - 250ml
Mawa - 150 gm
Sweet Paan Masala - 2 tablespoon
Gulkand - 2 tablespoon
Beetle leave - 1
Put a large saucepan on heat with milk, condensed milk and Mawa. Bring it to boil. Turn off gas.
Add Gulkand and chopped beetle leave in kulfi mixture. Stir well. Let cool till room temperature.
Pour kulfi mixture in kulfi mold and refrigerate for 6-7 hours.
Unmold Gulkand Paan Masala Kulfi and serve chilled.
