Ingredients
- FOR DOUGH --
- 25 gm - soya flour
- 75 gm - refined flour
- 25 gm - ghee
- cold water
- FOR STUFFING--
- 1 teaspoon - ghee
- 20 gm- mung dhuli daal
- 20 gm- dalia
- 1 1/4 cup- milk
- 3 tablespoon - milk pwd
- 100 gm - khoya
- 35 gm- mix dry fruits
- 20 gm - coconut pwd
- 60 gm - pwd sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon - cardamom pwd
- FOR NIZAM
- 1 tablespoon - maida
- 2 tablespoon - water
- FOR GLAZE --
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- Pinch of saffron
- 2 pinch of cardamom pwd
- FOR GARNISH --
- Sliced pista

Instructions
- In a cooker add 1 tsp ghee n dalia n roast for a min add washed mung daal n saute for a min or two ,add milk now pressure cook it for two whistle, put off d flame , let d steam release on its own accord ,
- after that open the lid and grind it into a paste in a mixi jar , pour this batter in a non stick pan n stir it countinously on low flame.soon it will look like a khoya or a dough.
- in another pan add 1 tsp ghee , roast d dry fruits n take them out.ln d same pan roast d khoya n let it cool._x000D_ Now mix khoya, daliya n daal mixture, dry fruits, pwd sugar n cardamom pwd - stuffing is ready
- Prepare the nizam with refined flour and water
- roll out the dough . Cut into circle, apply nizam put some filling and seal it from the edges.
- preheat the airfrier at 200 .cook the greased gujiya in air frier for 10 min or till golden colour , flip the gujiya after 5 min.
- prepare the sugar syrup of two thread consistancy . Dip the gujiya in sugar syrup and place on a wire rack.
- Garnish with pista and serve these healthy gujiya.
