Odisha is land of delicacies!!. Odisha is also known for “Panna” specially for “Vishub Pana Sankranthi”,but it it also offered to Lord Jagganth during cart festival time.This fish was prepared during this time, as it is a summer soothing one.
Yield / Serves
500ml chilled watet
1 cup grated jaggery/liquid jaggery
1 apple finely chopped
1 ripe mango peeled and finely chopped
1/4cup pomegranate seeds
1/2cup freshly grated coconut
2 ripe banana
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 pinch if nutmeg powder
2 green cardamom crushed
A small pinch of edible camphor
1 chikoo peeled and finely chopped
In a mixing bowl add grated jaggery and water and let the jaggery dissolves
Add chopped banana and smash it with help of fork gently
Now add all chopped fruits and mix well.
Now add crushed black pepper, cardamom, nutmeg powder and edible camphor to it and mix it.
Serve it immediately!.
