Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Corn
- 1 Onion copped tbspn
- 1 Capsicum chopped tbspn
- 1 Tomato chopped tbspn
- 1 Olives chopped green tbspn
- 1 Green Onion chopped tbspn
- 1 Green Chillies chopped
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- to Black Salt taste
- 1/2 Olive Oil tspn
- Crushed Black Papper crushed black papper
- 1/2 Chilli flacks tspn
- 1/2 Oragano - 1/2 Tspn oragano tspn
- 1/2 Herbs mix tspn
- Mozzarella Cheese or topping for topping
- tomato ketchup or mustard, or cream and mustard cream
- 4 Hung Curd tbspn
- Kasuri Methi dried fenugreek leaves -1 tspn
- 1/2 Chaat Masala tspn
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/4 Garlic Powder tspn
- 1/4 Black Salt tspn
- 1 Olive Oil tspn
- 4 leaves Mint to5

Instructions
- In a bowl, Add kasuri-methi, chat masala, salt, garlic powder, black salt, mint leaves and olive oil in hung curd. Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Take the blanched potatoes and divide them in to two parts. Scoop all four potato half. Add this potatoes in marinade and leave it for 10 minutes in a refrigerator.
- Prepare stuffing by adding corn, capsicum, onion, olives altogether and season it with spices.
- Take scooped and marinated potatoes out from refrigerator and fill them with the stuffing. Top it with mozzarella cheese.
- Preheat the microwave at 600 watts on grill + microwave mode for 5 minutes. Arrange potatoes on a baking tray and put it in a microwave on the same mode for 5 mins.
- Take them out and garnish them with drops of tomato ketchup and mustered cream. Enjoy!!!
