Grilled baby potatoes make good accompaniments with any meals. Children enjoy eating them as snacks.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm baby potato
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon chilly powder
  • Salt
  • 2 teaspoon cheese

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean the baby potato, pat dry.
  • Mix all the ingredients except potato in a bowl and mix it.
  • Marinate the potato for half an hour.
  • Pre heat the oven, spray some oil onto it, put the potatoes over it.
  • Grill it for fifteen minutes, turn the potatoes and again grill for some time.
  • Put the cheese and keep them in the oven for ten minutes.
  • Serve as an accompaniment with any meal.

Notes

  • Timings for grilling may vary. They should be golden brown in colour.
