Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1 to mato
  • 1/4 cup sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 1/2 cup boiled sprouts options
  • 2 teaspoon seasam seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Olivia oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1/2 cup pomagranat seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mango pwr

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop all veggies.
  • In a bowl, put onion,carrot,cucumber,tomato,coriander leaves,sweet corn, sprouts cabbage,curry leaves,salt,black pepper,lemon juice and mix well.
  • Now sprinkle in roasted sesame seeds,add pomegranate seeds.Sprinkle some dry mango powder.Now add 1 tsp olive oil.
  • Healthy and weight loss salad is ready now.
