About this Recipe

Normally we use green peas as vegetable. Here I tried as a sweet dish.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 1 cup green peas paste
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1/2 cup cashew nut paste
  • 2 tsp rose water
  • 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 2 tsp roasted sesame
  • 1 cup mawa
How to cook?
  1. Make a paste of green peas. Heat a frying pan pour ghee. Add matar paste stir continuously. Moisture will reduce add mawa stir continuously.
  2. Now add milk powder,, sugar rose water cardamom powder and cashew nut paste. After mixing all ingredients stir well. Will become a lump
  3. Grease a plate with ghee and spread the dough spread sesame. Let it cool and cut in a barfi shape.
  4. Now the barfi can be served.
Notes

Can be preserved in freeze more then 15 days.
