Raw banana vegetable is very good for stomach. Leafy recipe always good for health. So we should try and eat greeny recipe. Here I made the raw banana kofta with green leaves.

Ingredients
- Raw banana mashed 1 cup
- Coriander leaves paste 1/2 cup
- Curd 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Chopped green chilli 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- gm flour 2 tbsp
- Oil 3 tbsp

Instructions
- Boil and mash the raw banana. Make a paste of coriander.
- Mix all ingredients mashed raw banana, chilli paste, cumin powder, salt, ginger paste, gram flour and garam masala. Make a dough and give oval shape. Then shallow fry.
- Take out the kofta and keep separate. In the same frying pan add ginger garlic paste. Saute for a minute.
- Now add the curd with creamy paste. Add cumin powder and chilli paste. Stir continuously
- Add the shallow fried kofta. Let cook then add garam masala.
- Add green paste cook for a minute
- Serve green kofta with rice/ roti/ paratha.

Don’t over cook the kofta
