Green Garbanzo Paneer is a healthy delicious curry where cottage cheese and green garbanzo are prepared in a thick gravy of tomatoes. It is generally eaten with rice, naan or any bread.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup paneer dices
- 3/4 cup green garbanzo green choliye
- 3 to matoes puree
- 2 tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon corriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder
- 1 teaspoon curd
- 2 teaspoon finely chopped corriander
- Oil for frying
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pav bhaji masala
- pinch of Asafoetida

Instructions
- Fry the paneer cubes .Sprinkle 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala over them and keep aside.
- Boil the green garbanzo and keep aside.
- Now in a pan heat ghee and add asafoetida and cumin seeds.
- As they crackle add ginger. Then add tomato puree and and other spices salt, turmeric powder, corriander powder, dry mango powder and chilli powder and 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala.
- Cover and cook till tomatoes are done and changes colour.
- Now add boiled garbanzo, fried cottage cheese cubes and little water and cook for a few minutes.
- Add curd and mix well. Garnish with chopped corriander and few cottage cheese cubes . Sprinkle a little more 1/2 tsp Pav bhaji masala on top and ready to serve hot.
