200 grams green Chilli
1 tbsp yellow mustard seeds
1 tbsp onion seeds( kalaunji)
1/2 tbsp fenugreek seeds (Methi )
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp carom seeds( ajwain)
100 grams mustard oil
2 tbsp salt
Take all the seeds and coarsely grind them.
Take green chilli, wash them and pat dry it. Remove the top head and slit it .
Take a dry and clear jar. Put green Chilli and turmeric powder, salt and all the coarsely ground species.
Add mustard oil, Shake it till green chillis are coated with the spices.
Leave it for 4 days. Pickle is ready for enjoying the hot taste.
- Use clean jar
- Always keep the pickle in dry place.
