Ingredients
 

  • 200 gm Green Chillies
  • 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Onion Seeds kalaunji
  • 1/2 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds methi
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Carom Seeds ajwain
  • 100 gm Mustard Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Take all the seeds and coarsely grind them.
  • Take green chilli, wash them and pat dry it. Remove the top head and slit it .
  • Take a dry and clear jar. Put green Chilli and turmeric powder, salt and all the coarsely ground species.
  • Add mustard oil, Shake it till green chillis are coated with the spices.
  • Leave it for 4 days. Pickle is ready for enjoying the hot taste.

Recipe Notes

  • Use clean jar
  • Always keep the pickle in dry place.
