Peel off the skin and wash with tap water. Par boil then roughly mash.
Mash the boiled potatoes.
Now make the fillings. Add 1 tbsp olive oil, ginger paste, chopped green chillies, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, mashed green Channa. Stir continuously then add grated mango and chopped coriander.
Now take a handful of mashed potato and stuff with fillings. Roast in a frying pan with 1 tbsp olive oil.
Roast both sides then break and see how it is done.
Serve with curd and honey. Sprinkle with red chili powder, black salt and roasted cumin powder.
