Green mango starts in the beginning of summer. We can try more and more recipes with raw mango. Here I tried tikki with raw mango. Kids and adults also enjoy the recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Mango (grated raw)
- 1 cup Green Channa (green channa)
- 4 cup Mashed Potato
- 1 tsp Chili (green chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 cup Hung Curd
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder (re)
- 1/2 tsp Rock Salt
- 1/2 Black Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

Instructions
- Grate the raw mango and keep separate.
- These are the green Channa bought from market.
- Peel off the skin and wash with tap water. Par boil then roughly mash.
- Mash the boiled potatoes.
- Now make the fillings. Add 1 tbsp olive oil, ginger paste, chopped green chillies, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, mashed green Channa. Stir continuously then add grated mango and chopped coriander.
- Now take a handful of mashed potato and stuff with fillings. Roast in a frying pan with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Roast both sides then break and see how it is done.
- Serve with curd and honey. Sprinkle with red chili powder, black salt and roasted cumin powder.
