Granola Brownie Squares

Granola is a breakfast food and snack consisting of rolled oats, nuts, honey or other sweeteners, and sometimes puffed rice also, that is usually baked until it is crisp, toasted and golden brown. Besides its use as a breakfast and snack food, granola may also be incorporated into some evening meal recipes. As a snack, it is often combined with honey or corn syrup and made into bars that makes it easy to carry. Here I have combined few of the granola ingredients with cocoa powder, and made a granola brownie

Ingredients
- ½ cup Rolled Oats
- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Honey
- 1 ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 - 2 tbsp Milk or as required

Instructions
- Preheat oven at 160 degrees. Grease and line a square brownie pan.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients, except milk. Later on if required, add milk to make the batter of dropping consistency.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and smooth it out. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool it. Cut into squares.
