- In a bowl take boiled mashed potatoes, all purpose flour, black pepper powder, salt. Mix well and knead a dough.
- Take a small portion of the dough and roll into cylinders.
- Cut into small pieces and make in your desired shape.
- Heat water in a pan, add 1 tsp of olive oil and bring it to boil.
- Add gnocchi pieces in boiling water.
- Cook for few minutes or till they rise up and float on the surface.
- Take it out on a plate and keep aside.
- For the sauce: Heat butter in a pan, add finely chopped garlic and cook till the raw smell goes.
- Next add basil leaves, red chilli powder, salt and pepper mix well and cook for a minute.
- At last add gnocchi pieces mix well the butter sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and serve hot!
