Ingredients
- bottle guard 2 kg or 1 large size
- boiled potato 2 no
- Salt
- gm flour 2 tbsp
- black pepper powder 1 tsp
- red chili powder 2 tsp
- chopped green chili 1 tbsp
- chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- chopped coriander 1 tbsp
- clove powder 1/4 tsp
- cinemon powder 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg powder 1 pinch
- lemon juice 2 tbsp
- chopped onion 2 tbsp
- sugar 1 tsp
- mava 1 tbsp
- ghee 1 tbsp
- oil for frying

Instructions
- peel ,wash and grate the bottle guard . then boil with a glass of water for 5 minutes and drain the excess water, keep aside .
- mash the potato.
- heat the ghee/clarified butter in a pan saute the finger and onion.
- add grated bottle gourd,potato,black pepper,clove powder,cinemon powder,nutmeg powder,sugar,salt and stir continuously for 2 minutes mix all ingredients well ,add gram flour cook it for 2-3 minute more,
- add mava and lemon juice turn off the heat.
- divide the mixture into equal portion ,press the mixture on to a skewer .
- heat the oil non-stick pan and place the skewer on to pan, shallow fry the kebabs with applying oil.
- serve hot with green chutney.
