Garlic Tomato Sauce
Easy to make this tomato sauce. Quick and freshly made without any preservatives. Tomato has an antioxidant source. It contains the risk of heart disease. It can reduce blood pressure and blood sugar. Overall fresh tomato is always good.
- 500 gm fresh tomatoes
- 15 - 16 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 25 gm butter
- Take some fresh farm tomatoes wash and roast them. Cover with lid and turn all sides to be roasted.
- Cool down then peel off the skins then mash. Do a paste half of the garlic. Add to the mashed tomato, add salt and smoked paprika. Mix all together.
- Heat a pan add butter and saute the remaining garlic.
- Pour onto the tomato sauce. Serve with any other dish, either brunch, lunch or dinner.
Can be served with any combination.
