Garlic prawns is the best and quick way to have delicious seafood. Pan fried prawns with lots of garlic and freshly ground black peppers finished with lemon juice and herbs is a delicious spicy and refreshing starter that’s ready in 10 minutes only. Read on to know Garlic prawns recipe.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Large prawns (peeled with tails intact)- 1 kilogram
  • Olive oil- 2 tablespoons
  • Butter- 50 gms
  • Thinly sliced garlic cloves- 2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder- To taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh lemon juice- 2 tablespoon or to taste

How to cook?
  1. Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and chopped red chilli (optional). Saute for one minute or until it starts leaving aroma.
  2. Add the prawns and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes from all the sides or until the prawns are cooked or turn pink in color.
  4. Top with lemon juice and toss to combine.
  5. Serve hot Garlic prawns with your favourite dip along with delicious juices left in a pan.
