About this Recipe

Garlic is good for blood pressure, blood sugar, hair care, skin care weight loss etc. This plant is family of onion.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 250 gms garlic
  • 100 gms mustered seeds powder
  • 50 gms rai seeds powder
  • 25 gms mango powder
  • 250 gms mustered oil
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida powder
  • 25 gms fried mango powder
  • Salt to taste
How to cook?
  1. Take a mixing bowl add garlic, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, asfoetida, mustered seeds powder, rai powde mango powder and oil. Mix properly and pour in a glass jar. Close the lid for two weeks. After two weeks ready to serve.
