white sauce - 2 cup (butter - 2 tbsp, maida - 2 tbsp, oil- 2 tsp, milk - 2 cup)
Boiled vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, sweet corn, cauliflower) - 1 cup (cut into small pieces)
macaroni (boiled) - 1 tbsp
pineapple - 1 tbsp (cut into small pieces)
garlic paste - 1 tsp
salt & pepper - to taste
cheese (grated) - 1 cup
oregano -- a pinch
1. Heat butter & oil, cook maida just for a while, add milk, cook till bubbles.
2. Put off fire. 3. Mix all boiled vegetables, pineapple slice, macaroni, garlic paste, salt & pepper.
4. Mix properly; take 1 serving dish, spread au gratin, cover with grated cheese.
5. Sprinkle oregano. Bake it at 120 C for 10 minutes. 6. Serve with garlic bread.
