In winter season we get fresh carrot. Once if we add paneer it gives more taste. People add mawa with halua but we can try with paneer. This is a healthy and tasty recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl finely grated carrot
- 1 bowl mashed paneer
- 1/2 bowl sugar
- 1/2 bowl pure ghee
- 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
- 10-15 cashew nut

Instructions
- Take a frying pan heat add grated carrot. Stir continuously moist will reduce.
- Now add ghee, sugar, and cardamom powder. Stir continuously at last add mashed paneer mix well.
- Garnish with cashew nut and paneer.
