As I always want to make healthier and nutritious version of every simple recipe. I added few fruits and dry fruits to make simple vermicelli Kheer with a twist. This delicious, healthy and nutritious dish is a very good dessert option
This Kheer is loaded with Ghee, Dry fruits and fruits like custard apple, Plum and apricot hence good for feeding moms, toddler and growing kids. I always keep the powdered form of dry fruits as sometimes kids do not like solid pieces of dry fruits So hide and give. After all Moms are expert in this task of feeding healthy stuff to their kids. :-)) We can always reduce the calorie content by few substitution but as Sorry time I am not going to do that.
