Ingredients & Quantity
  • Curd 1/2 kg
  • 1 large apple
  • Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
  • Pineapple chunks 1 tbsp
  • Black salt 1/2 tsp
  • Plane salt 1 tsp or according to your taste
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
How to cook?
  1. Whip the curd.
  2. Cut the apple into small pieces .
  3. Now mix all ingredients in curd ,garnish with mint leaves .
  4. Cool and serve chill .
