Mixing frozen yogurt and fruit together for the ultimate refreshing treat in this healthy frozen greek yogurt bark. Itâ€™s filled with probiotics and nutrients. This makes a great kid friendly snack recipe.
Plain yogurt 1 cup
Vanilla extract 1Tsp
Mixed fruits chopped 2cups
Honey 1Tsp (optional)
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add vanila extract in yogurt and mix well.(If using honey add at this stage )
Pour the yogurt onto the baking sheet and spread a little to even.
Sprinkle on the chopped fruit and freeze for 3-4 hours until frozen solid.
Slice up and enjoy.
- I used dehydrated fruits in this recipe.(Mango,pineapple,mixed berries and strawberry)
- You can use fresh fruits too.
- Honey is totally optional .
