  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add vanila extract in yogurt and mix well.(If using honey add at this stage )
  • Pour the yogurt onto the baking sheet and spread a little to even.
  • Sprinkle on the chopped fruit and freeze for 3-4 hours until frozen solid.
  • Slice up and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

  1. I used dehydrated fruits in this recipe.(Mango,pineapple,mixed berries and strawberry)
  2. You can use fresh fruits too.
  3. Honey is totally optional .
