Frozen Creamy Watermelon

In this unbearable hot season I thought to make a creamy frozen watermelon. I know your kids will enjoy this recipe during their summer vacation. Children's favourite recipe icecream but this is not icecream just follow and let your kids enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1 medium sized watermelon
- 1 cup hung curd
- 1/2 cup low fat cream
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- Tiny pinch of pink salt

Instructions
- Scoop the watermelon and remove the seeds.
- Blend the scooped watermelon with little sugar. Place the blended watermelon into the watermelon pot. Keep in freezer.
- In a mixing bowl add hung curd, low fat cream, sugar and tiny pinch of salt. Mix with hand blender. Take out the frozen watermelon pour the creamy curd and put some watermelon cubes on the top. Again keep in freezer.
- After frozen take the whole frozen and cut see how it is done.
