  • 2 Potatoes peeled and cut into strips
  • 3/4 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Oil for deep frying

  • Add salt into the potatoes, mix well and spare it for 5 mins.
  • Use towel to soak the water from potatoes.
  • Heat the oil into a deep pan to fry.
  • Add the potatoes and fry it until it turns golden.
  • Remove from oil and drain onto paper towels.
