  • 2 Potatoes â peeled and cut into strips
  • 3/4 tsp Salt â, or as per taste
  • to Oil â deep fry


  • 1. Add salt into the potatoes, mix well and spare it for 5 mins. 2. Use towel to soak the water from potatoes 3. Heat the oil into a deep pan to fry 4. Add the potatoes and fry it until it turns golden. Remove from oil and drain onto paper towels
