Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes – peeled and cut into strips
- Salt – 3/4 tsp
- Oil – to deep fry

Instructions
- 1. Add salt into the potatoes, mix well and spare it for 5 mins. 2. Use towel to soak the water from potatoes 3. Heat the oil into a deep pan to fry 4. Add the potatoes and fry it until it turns golden. Remove from oil and drain onto paper towels
