Kids love fried rice! I prepared this recipe with plenty of vegetables, fruit vinegar, and mixed herbs. While most people use different types of sauces, I made this without any sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl Vegetables (mixed)
- 1 bowl Rice (steamed)
- 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, add mixed vegetables, and sauté with salt.
- Add coriander leaves, fruit vinegar, and mixed herbs.
- Add steamed rice and mix evenly. It's ready to serve—no need for any side dish. Let your kids enjoy their favorite fried rice!
