Ingredients
  

  • 2 pumpkin leaves large sized
  • 1/2 cup banana raw, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon green chilies paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 tablespoon gram flour
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Make a dough with mashed raw banana, green chillies paste and salt.
  • Wash the leaves and fill with raw banana dough, roll and keep aside.
  • Make a batter with gram flour, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt.
  • Stuffed pumpkin leaves dip in batter and deep fry. Both sides should be evenly fried. Then serve in any way.
