  • 250 gm Brinjal
  • 3 tsp Masala anchari
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • tsp Roasted Channa Powder Two Tsp roasted channa powder two
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1-2 Sugar little


  • Take brinjal cut longitudinal four sides but don't cut the stem
  • Now mix masala mango powder red chilli powder roasted Channa powder two tsp oil and salt
  • Now fill inside brinjal and tight with thread.
  • Now dipped fried brinjal and take out thread and serve with steam rice or chapati.
