Fried Egg Plant

Ingredients
- Brinjal 250 gms
- Anchari Masala 3 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Mango powder 1 tsp
- Roasted channa powder two tsp
- Salt
- Little bit sugar
Instructions
- Take brinjal cut longitudinal four sides but don't cut the stem
- Now mix masala mango powder red chilli powder roasted Channa powder two tsp oil and salt
- Now fill inside brinjal and tight with thread.
- Now dipped fried brinjal and take out thread and serve with steam rice or chapati.
We eat plain but this masala based lovely
