Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Green gram fresh
  • 1/4 bowl Whole dried milk mawa
  • 1/2 bowl Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powde
  • 1 tbsp Raisins
  • 1 tbsp Almonds crushed
  • 2 tbsp Coconut powder
  • 1 Silver vark

Instructions
 

  • Heat clarified butter in a pan. Grind green gram coarsely and add in the pan.Stir constantly for 10 - 15 mins.
    Fresh Green Gram Halwa
  • Add sugar and milk and stir until thick consistency. Add whole dried milk/mawa and cardamom powder and mix well. Add raisins and crushed almonds and mix well.

  • Pour the mixture in the bowl. Garnish with almonds and silver vark
