  • 250 gm Bhindi
  • 1/2 grated Coconut fresh
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 tbls Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Corianderpodwe-1/2Tsp corianderpodwe
  • 1/8 tsp Garam Masala
  • Dry Mango Powder dry mango powder-1/4tsp
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tbls Oil


  • Wash bhindi and dry with kitchen napkin
  • cut the both end.slit inbetween
  • Grind coconut &,greenchili.
  • .mix all the ingredients except fill this mixture in slit bhindi. 
  • Heat oil in a pan.add stuffed bhindi into il.
  • Cover it stire inbetwwen til done
  • Eat with chapati or puri
