Eggs are and important and versatile ingredient for cooking, as their particular chemical makeup is literally the glue of many important baking reactions. In french omelette we find the use colourful veggies that's why it becomes more tasty and additional nutritious.

Ingredients
  

  • Red bell peppers slices 1
  • Yellow bell peppers slices 1
  • Cucumber sliced 1
  • Onion in cubicle 1
  • Mushroom slices
  • Low fat milk 1/2 cup
  • Chilli flakes
  • Butter unsalted
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Tomato sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat frying pan add one tsp butter and one tsp olive oil. Then sauteed the bell peppers, onion, mushroom, chilli flakes with little bit salt and keep separate.

  • Beat the eggs with milk and little salt. Now in the same pan add butter and olive oil pour the beaten egg. After a few seconds add all sauteed ingredients. When all sides of omelette leaves the pan then take out.

  • Garnish in a serving plate with Lettuce, cucumber and tomato sauce.

Notes

When we add milk with egg omelette becomes fluffy.
