- Heat frying pan add one tsp butter and one tsp olive oil. Then sauteed the bell peppers, onion, mushroom, chilli flakes with little bit salt and keep separate.
- Beat the eggs with milk and little salt. Now in the same pan add butter and olive oil pour the beaten egg. After a few seconds add all sauteed ingredients. When all sides of omelette leaves the pan then take out.
- Garnish in a serving plate with Lettuce, cucumber and tomato sauce.
- Eat as you like with any combination or it is a full meal..
