Focaccia bread is an easy bread recipe packed with flavors, which is a perfect appetizer for a party.

Ingredients
- All purpose flour- 3 cups
- Active dry yeast- 1 tablespoon
- Warm water - 1 cup
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Grated garlic- 2 tablespoons
- Fennel seeds- 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Instructions
- Take 1 cup of lukewarm water and add 1 tablespoon of sugar to it and mix it well
- Now add the yeast to the warm water and mix it. Leave it aside for 5 minutes to the yeast activates
- Meanwhile take a wide bowl and add the 3 cups of flour, salt and 1 teaspoon of grated garlic to it, and mix it well
- Now add the activated yeast mixture little by little to the flour and mix it well
- Knead the dough for 5-6 minutes
- Once the dough is not sticking to the hand apply some oil and cover the dough with the wet cloth and place it in a warm area to rise the dough for at least 1 hour
- After an hour , the bread dough must be almost doubled in size
- Now punch the dough and place it in a well greased baking tray/skillet and allow it for second proof for 30 minutes
- Once the dough is risen, apply some olive oil mixed with fennel seeds and grated garlic on top of the bread dough and makes some slits diagonally
- Now bake the bread for 30-35 minutes on a preheated oven at 400F
- Flavorful focaccia bread is ready now.
