Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 gm-butter I used the amul salted butter you can use the unsalted one
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp fresh cream I used the amul fresh cream
  • Vanilla essence-1/4 tsp
  • Ginger powder-2tbsp
  • Chocolate chips-as per taste
  • Cocoa powder- 4 tbsp
  • Chopped Cashews n almonds –as per required

Instructions
 

  • First make sure the butter is at room temperature n soft. Take the butter in a bowl add powdered sugar n light brown sugar n cream it then add fresh cream ,vanilla essence and mix well. Then add the sifted flour & baking powder.
  • Mix and bring every thing tomorrow.In first bowl add cocoa powder, chocolate chips and nuts and mix well. In 2nd add only nuts and mix well In 3rd bowl add ginger powder and mix well.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper and shape the cookies, put some nuts on top of the cookies and press it then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 20-25 minutes. Once its baked it will be really soft ,allow it to cool completely .
  • Then serve these cookies with tea or coffees.
