Flattened Rice Ladoos are very quick to prepare .
It can be considered another exquisite wholesome, nutritious and delicious snack.
Kids love this basic recipe of ladoos.

Ingredients
- Flattened Rice – 1 cup
- Sugar Powder- 1 cup
- Cardamom – 5
- Clarified butter/Ghee-1/2 cup
- Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup

Instructions
- Roast the flattened rice in a pan . Make a flour of it in a dry mixie jar.
- Transfer this powder into a shallow dish.
- In the same pan, dry roast the grated coconut.Keep it aside.
- Grind the sugar into a smooth powder in the dry mixie jar. Transfer this sugar powder to the bowl of flattened rice flour.
- Add cardamom powder, grated and roasted coconut to it. Then pour warm ghee to the powders. Mix well and shape it into ladoos.
- These can be stored at a cool place for a week or two.
