This recipe is good for snack and breakfast. School going children and office going person can have the flat rice pulao we can consume green vegetable what ever we like.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl flat rice
- 2 capsicum chopped
- 6-7 beans chopped
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 boiled potato chopped
- 1 handful ground nut fried
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Oil as required
- Salt
- 2 teaspoon pure ghee
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 2 teaspoon curdt

Instructions
- Wash the flat rice it should not be fine. Strain water and keep for 110 minutes.
- Now chopped vegetable above mentioned. Put oil into the pan add cumin seeds. Then add ginger paste and chopped vegetable except boiled potatoes. Make stir fry till cooked. Then add potatoes, curry powder, cinnamon powder and curd.
- Now add flat rice and salt mixing well. At last rose water pure ghee and mints. Serve with fried ground nuts.
