  • 4 piece Potato
  • 4 piece Parwal
  • 4 piece Arvi arvi
  • 4 piece Pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 2 tsp Onion Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Punchforan whole punchforan
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tsp Roasted Punchforan roasted punchforan
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste


  • All vegetable should be cut in same size and same amount.
  • Now heat a pan add 2 tsp mustered oil add whole punchforan. Add all vegetable pieces pinch of sugar salt green chilli paste turmeric powder and stir. Now cover the lid. After 10 minutes add curd again stir fry.
  • At last add roasted punch foran masala powder.
  • Serve with steam rice or chapati.
