Ingredients
- 4 piece potato
- 4 piece parwal
- 4 piece arvi
- 4 piece Pumpkin
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 2 teaspoon onion paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon punchforan whole
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt
- 2 teaspoon Roasted Punchforan
- 1 teaspoon green chilli paste

Instructions
- All vegetable should be cut in same size and same amount.
- Now heat a pan add 2 tsp mustered oil add whole punchforan. Add all vegetable pieces pinch of sugar salt green chilli paste turmeric powder and stir. Now cover the lid. After 10 minutes add curd again stir fry.
- At last add roasted punch foran masala powder.
- Serve with steam rice or chapati.
