Fish Shaped Veggies Stuffed Paratha

Designer food always attract kids and obviously adults also. Sometimes kids don't like some veggies so it is our responsibility how to feed our kids. Try to feed healthy food but your kids don't like. This is the secret way to feed them. Cook and mash stuff inside paratha.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 50 gm butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/ cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup boiled mashed potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried mango powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup milk for making dough
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Make a dough with all purpose flour, baking powder, butter, lemon juice, sugar powder and salt. Add milk as required. Keep the dough aside for 15 minutes.
  • Heat a frying pan, put olive oil, grated, chopped veggies. Add ginger paste, red chili powder, cinnamon powder, garam masala powder, mango powder and salt. Stir fry mix all together. Put off the flame and let the fillings cool down.
  • Spread the dough cut four sides and keep cooked veggies in the centre. Then fold like a fish.
  • Design the tail with fork, eyes with black pepper mouth with red bell pepper. Brush with butter both sides.
  • Bake in preheated oven 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes. Heat should be both sides
  • After 15 minutes bring out from oven and serve.

Notes

This recipe is full diet. It can be carried in tiffin box.
