Ingredients
- Fish 500 gms should be bone less
- Red chilli powder 50 gms
- Fenugreek seeds 50gms
- Mustered seeds 100 gms coriander powder 100 ,gsm
- Vinegar one cup
- Iodine salt to taste
- Oil as required acidic acid two tsp

Instructions
- Fish should be bone less try to pieces same size. Marinate with vinegar and salt for one hour.
- Make a smooth paste with vinegar oil mustered seeds fenugreek seeds mustered seeds and salt
- Sauteed fish in refined oil. Let it cool. Then add paste red chilli powder sugar one tsp acidic mix well gently with fish.
- Keep in a clear glass vessel add oil as required. Tight the lid for a week.
- Should be in freeze and kept six months or more.
