About this recipe

Fish has lots of protein calcium magnesium phosphorus etc. Those who have habit of small fish can get so many neutrinos food.

Ingredients for Fish Paturi

  • 500 gms Fish
  • 1/2 cup mustered seeds paste
  • 1/2 cup couscous paste
  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut paste
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 2 tsp green chilli paste
  • 2 tbsp mustered oil
  • Turmeric powder and salt as required

How to cook Fish Paturi

  1. Fish should be washed with turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice
  2. Take a mixing bowl add fish little bit turmeric powder salt and marinate
  3. Add one by one all raw ingredients mustered paste, couscous paste, coconut paste, curd, green chilli paste and mustered oil. Mix properly and wrap with turmeric leaves

  4. Then keep in a steamer for 20 minutes. After then take out and garnish with fresh turmeric leaves

Notes

Without dipped fried It is delicious and serve with steam rice
