Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm fish
  • 1 pinch Onion seeds
  • 2 teaspoon onion paste
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoon green chilli paste
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Mustered oil as required
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Instructions
 

  • Marinate fish with turmeric powder and salt. Then fry with mustered oil. Keep separate
  • Add two tbsp mustered oil in a heated frying pan add onion seeds then onion paste, ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, salt and green chilli. Stir continuous then add one cup water and cook for five minutes then add fried fish.
  • Now fish curry is ready to serve with steam rice.
