Ingredients for Fish Curry

  • 250gm fish
  • 1 pinch Onion seeds
  • 2 tsp onion paste
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp green chilli paste
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustered oil as required
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

How to cook Fish Curry

  1. Marinate fish with turmeric powder and salt. Then fry with mustered oil. Keep separate
  2. Add two tbsp mustered oil in a heated frying pan add onion seeds then onion paste, ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, salt and green chilli. Stir continuous then add one cup water and cook for five minutes then add fried fish.
  3. Now fish curry is ready to serve with steam rice.
