Ingredients & Quantity
  • Rohu fish 1 kg
  • Onion paste 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • Kasoori methi powder/fenugreek powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander chopped for garnishing .
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

How to cook?
  1. Clean the fish and wash it.
  2. Heat the oil in kadai or a pan pop the fenugreek seeds.
  3. Fish Curry
  4. Now fry garlic and onion paste till golden ,
  5. Add turmeric,coriander,red chili powder saute the spices add tomato puree cook it for 5 minute or until the oil separates .
  6. Add kasoori methi powder then add fish stir carefully ,add 4 cup water,cook for 10 minutes .
  7. Switch off the flame add garam masala ,garnish with coriander leaves .
  8. Serve with boiled rice or chapatis
