Figs are seasonal fruits are found in the western parts of Asia, but dried ones are available almost everywhere, at any point during the year. The fig tree is a member of mulberry family. It has minerals, vitamins and fiber. It prevents constipation, but also eliminates diarrhoea and unhealthy or irregular bowel movements.
