Figs are seasonal fruits are found in the western parts of Asia, but dried ones are available almost everywhere, at any point during the year. The fig tree is a member of mulberry family. It has minerals, vitamins and fiber. It prevents constipation, but also eliminates diarrhoea and unhealthy or irregular bowel movements. The fiber in figs also helps to reduce weight and is often recommended for obese people.

Ingredients
- Fig paste 1 cup
- Apricot paste 1 cup
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Butter milk 2 cup

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add fig paste, apricot paste, honey and butter milk.
- Whisk with blender and keep in freeze. Then pour into a serving glass. Garnish and serve cold.

No cooking, no baking, easy to serve.
