It has minerals, vitamins and fiber. It prevents constipation, but also eliminates diarrhoea and unhealthy or irregular bowel movements. The fiber in figs also helps to reduce weight and is often recommended for obese people.

  • 1 cup Paste or fig fig
  • 1 cup Apricot or paste paste
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cup Buttermilk

  • Take a mixing bowl add fig paste, apricot paste, honey and butter milk.

  • Whisk with blender and keep in freeze. Then pour into a serving glass. Garnish and serve cold.
