About Fennel Tea
Herbal Tea is made when flowers, seeds, roots or herbs and spices are pounded or crushed and boiling water is poured on top of these so that the aroma and taste of these ingredients infuse in water. These tea do not contain any type of caffeine, unlike black, green, white or yellow tea which has some amount of caffeine in it. Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 cup Water

Instructions
- Pound the fennel seeds to release the aroma.
- Boil the water and once the water starts boiling drop in the fennel seeds and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Switch off the stove and cover the pan for few minutes.
- Strain and enjoy your Fennel Tea especially after a heavy meal as it aids digestion.
Recipe Notes
- There is no need to add honey or any sweetener in this tea as Fennel seeds have a mild sweet taste.
- Roast the Fennel seeds and keep it in an airtight container to get best results.
