About Falafel
Falafel are these crisp and yummy patties made of ground chickpeas, they are easy to put together and ideally served with Tahini or Hummus.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Chickpeas soaked overnight and ground to a paste.
- 2 Onions finely chopped
- 1 bunch Coriander finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1-2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 2-3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- to Oil deep fry

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together except the oil, adjust the salt and chilli powder according to your taste.
- Make small patties
- Heat the oil in a wok, deep fry the patties on medium high heat till golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon on absorbent paper
- Serve hot with the sauce of your choice and fresh salad

This recipe freezes very well.
