All time favourite Lebanese dish Falafel for snack or meal.You can serve it with tea or a party.This Lebanese delight is a quite filling and looks and tastes exotic .

Ingredients
- For the Falafel bhajias
- 1/2 cup Kabuli Chana soaked overnight
- 1/4 cup Green Moong dal soaked n drained
- 1 tbsp mint leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp Corainder leaves chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder to taste
- Salt
- 3 green chillies chopped
- 1 inch piece ginger chopped
- 2 pinch soda
- Add lots of chopped dil leaves chopped after grinding the dal.
- To be mixed into a dressing
- 1 cup whisked curd
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions green n white
- 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
- Other ingredients
- 9 pita bread or Lebanese rotis tahini dip
- Tomato slices
- Shredded lettuce

Instructions
- For the Falafel bhajias: Combine Kabuli Chana, green mung dal, ginger, chillies, Corainder n mint leaves and grind using little water. Season the batter with cumin powder, pepper powder, soda- bi -carb and salt.
- Mix everything well and make small flat round of the Falafel mix.
- Fry them in oil until they turn brown in colour. Take down in a kitchen tissue.
- For wrap Take a Pita bread .Spread the Curd dressing on it.Spread little tahini dip over it.Place Tomato slices n shredded lettuce and serve
