A healthy drink to kickstart the day, it has the goodness of figs, almonds and banana. This keeps you going for a long time.

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 fresh figs
- 4 almonds
- 250 ml chilled milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- a few ice cubes

Instructions
- Soak almonds in water for half an hour.
- Cut the fruits into chunks. Peel the skin of almonds.
- Blend them together with milk and honey.
- Add ice cubes to it. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can substitute honey with sugar.
It is ideal for fussy children who do not eat fruits. It has the goodness of banana which keeps one going for hours.
