  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Figs fresh
  • 4 Almonds
  • 250 ml Milk chilled
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • a cubes A Few Ice Cubes ice


  • Soak almonds in water for half an hour.
  • Cut the fruits into chunks. Peel the skin of almonds.
  • Blend them together with milk and honey.
  • Add ice cubes to it. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

You can substitute honey with sugar.
It is ideal for fussy children who do not eat fruits. It has the goodness of banana which keeps one  going for hours.
